Contact Management:

Using the Contact Management module of the System you can quickly and easily create invitations to bid, addenda or information forms. The screens are user-friendly making data entry fast, accurate, and easy. And, most important, the contact management offers quick access to the data you need to make decisions. If you are still using spreadsheets, yellow pages, and CSI code manuals? We have a solution for you. The software allows you filter information based on CSI codes (Divisions and sections), industry, labor type, area of specialty etc. It also gives you the option of creating your own user-definable filters to help your search for contact people easily and its less time consuming.

The module has an Integrated Fax to it whereby you can send out faxes to the whole division or section or select manually a few contacts to send faxes. You don’t have to waste precious time with yesterday’s technology; time is wasted standing over your fax machine sending faxes to subcontractors or clients or receiving important faxes. The integrated fax module can send and receive faxes for you and also keep a log

The estimating module gives you a complete solution built for today's complex building industry to help you streamline your cost estimating process whether working in commercial, industrial, residential, electrical construction or any other specialty.

The cost estimation module solution enables the estimators to quickly create, modify, update, delete, view, print project cost estimates. The Crux of the estimation software is that a profitable project is always based on a properly calculated estimate. The system enables the estimators to better anticipate project costs, improve project workflow and increase profitability. Its helps in improving the turn-around period, reduces chances of errors, customization of documents. The estimation module is professionally designed to satisfy the experienced estimators and handle complex projects. It is a powerful tool for professional estimators for cost estimating to improve the odds of success in the critical business of construction estimating.

The estimating module is backed by an item database that stores everything you need to build your estimates, including standard industry items and other estimating factors. You can customize your database to reflect your company's estimating procedures and policies by adding your own items, formulas, assemblies, and productivity and conversion factors.

It also allows multiple documents to be sent per project. Additionally, the Bid Correspondence includes a Report Feature which stores historical data with each disbursal of documents. Scan the tender document and keep complete information at one place, making it easy for co-workers to access information
