POSITION TITLE: Software Engineer

DEPARTMENT: Software Development

RESPONSIBILITIES: Position will be responsible for designing and implementing functionality of a web-enabled complex data mining and reporting system. Will work with a small group of engineers on application design, development, testing, maintenance and enhancements.

General Summary

Responsible for design, development, implementation and testing of applications based on existing specifications and requirements.
Implement approved changes to applications to maintain current standards, correct problems, modify or enhance applications function.
Participate in the design and selection of application software to develop skills and knowledge.
Participate in the definition of functional and technical requirements for application software to develop skills and knowledge.
Document new programs or changes to existing programs. ?Train users and engineering staff and validate ability to use and run applications.
Analyze reasons for failure, and revise assigned programs and/or procedures as necessary.
Participate in project planning meetings

Required Skills

At least 3 years of experience with Java, C/C++ coding. ?3 - 4 years of experience developing web-enabled applications.
Extensive knowledge of Java, C, C++ and OO programming in general. Knowledge of Java and CGI/Servlet programming in general.
Experience with User Interface design and implementation. Experience with network-based programming/Unix sockets highly preferred. Familiarity with relational databases. ?Experience with JavaScript, Oracle, or Web Sphere a plus.
Clear understanding of the Internet and all related protocols. Ability to work in a group setting and contribute to a team. Ability to successfully communicate technology issues.
Proven ability to successfully prioritize and manage time in a hectic environment.
Proven ability to write clear technical documentation. All-around sense of accountability and desire for quality

Desired Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
At least three years experience developing association software or
six years experience developing other software with project management experience

POSITION TITLE: Channel Sales Executive

DEPARTMENT: Sales and Marketing

We are currently looking for qualified professionals to join our team as Channel Sales Executive. This position reports to the Director of Sales and marketing and assists with all sales initiatives of Futica.

Specifically, this person will:

Maintain relationships with Business Partner channel
Research new Business Partnering opportunities within the marketplace.
Serve as an active member of the Business Partner's team, as well as our internal sales and marketing team.
Provide sales support
Leverage marketing intelligence to present launches and presentations to channel partners, prospects, and customers.
Complete other projects and duties as assigned
Channel Sales Executives are expected to make company sales numbers in a base + commission + bonus environment.

Desired Requirements

4 year degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience

Specifically, this person will be:

Responsible for working with customers and Systems Integration partners.
Lead business scope and design workshops, develop, test and deploy billing solutions using Futica's methodology and products
Perform business scope and design workshops, develop, test and deploy billing solutions using Futica methodology and products.
Responsible for design, implementation, staging and testing of product configuration and integration to meet business requirements of provisioning, customer care, directory services, account's receivable.
Responsible for obtaining and analyzing product and integration requirements, business object functionality, and integration with provisioning and customer care systems.
Work with Engineering and Marketing teams to propose specific partnership initiatives as well as product enhancements.

Desired Requirements

BS in Computer Science or equivalent
1-3+ years of development and IT consulting experience
excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
40% travel around North America and Europe
Experience with Oracle Server, Active Server Pages (ASP), NT, COM/DCOM, MS-SQL Server. Knowledge of C/C++, Java, Oracle, HTML, or foreign languages is a plus.
