Design Technologist

The Design Technologist will work directly with the eBusiness Professional Services - Integration Team and our clients, working as both a creator and team player, working to develop and maintain the visual content of a client's eBusiness strategy.

Specific Responsibilities

Create graphics to client specifications
Visit clients to get specific specifications prior to working on the development
Send out bi-weekly reports to determine customer satisfaction
Participate in ezMerchant development and testing when requested
All other duties as assigned by management
Directly supports Marketing and Support Teams

Qualifications

1+ years experience in graphic design with Internet design/development experience.
Degree or training in graphic design, advertising, communications or related field.
Strong understanding of site architecture, designing user interfaces and intuitive navigation schemes.
Experience in building web pages and creating visual design, including typography, visual concept, logo and icon design for the Web.
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Macromedia Fireworks.
Interest in and understanding of emerging technologies and trends.
Excellent project management, time management and organization skills.
Talent for visual, verbal and written communication.
Successful experiences working within a team.
Adept at working in a fast-paced and changing consulting environment. ?/li>
Strong understanding of HTML and WYSIWYG Editors like
- Macromedia Dreamweaver,
- Adobe photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
Javascript knowledge a plus
Flash experience a plus
Lotus Notes/Domino experience a plus
Previous work experience at Marketing firm a plus.

The Inside Sales Representative works to help the sales force close new and existing sales with business partners.

The Inside Sales Representative will:

Help generate sales via the telephone, handle incoming calls, coordinate sales orders and support Outside Sales Representatives.
Proactively pursues all leads presented through various marketing campaigns, trade shows and field leads.
Provides timely and accurate follow up to all inquiries.
Is involved with managing major customers through the pre-sales evaluation of the company's software including resolution of customer technical issues with the help of the company's technical support staff.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, who is detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
The candidate should possess strong PC skills, a customer service background, and excellent writing and oral communications skills.
Knowledge of sales processes in large and small organizations is required.
A minimum of 1 year in inside sales of software products with multiple accounts.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Background in selling IBM or Lotus products is strongly preferred.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in identifying and closing sales opportunities, negotiating terms, and resolving customer issues.
Experience with Windows 95/98, and/or NT is necessary, some experience with IBM AS/400 is a plus.

Software Engineers

Motivated individuals seeking to advance their talents in a high-energy start-up environment. Develop world-class web based software in C++ and/or XML in an NT environment.

Requires

Proven programming skills and a minimum of 2 years software development experience
The candidate must have a degree
Experience in commercial software development in Windows NT and with distributed systems technologies a plus.
C++, COM, Java, Perl and Internet Application development skills strongly favoured.

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, computing or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience within a challenging programming skills in software industry (other programming experiences will be considered)
